SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We currently deliver products only within the UAE. Delivery charges are applicable for delivery to a single residence or office location. For deliveries to restricted areas, please contact us via phone or email to confirm the applicable charges.

• Free delivery on orders above AED 1,500.
• Orders below AED 1,500 will incur delivery charges as follows:
  • Dubai – AED 200
  • All other Emirates – AED 300
• Self-pickup from Quantum Home warehouse is completely free of charge.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Dubai: 4–6 working days
• Other Emirates: 6–8 working days

Deliveries are made on all days except Sundays and Public Holidays.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination within the UAE or GCC region.

Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours of delivery. Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
